Thom Groot

CEO

Thom worked 7 years at Oliver Wyman before joining the AA and later co-founding The Electric Car Scheme, which he's been running since 2021. He holds a Chemistry degree from Imperial College London and MBA from Insead.

Tom Eilon

CPO

Tom started his career in management consulting before moving into Product and Strategy roles. He is now CPO and co-founder, alongside Thom, of The Electric Car Scheme. He holds a Physical Natural Sciences degree from Cambridge and MBA from Insead.
